About MyAITools
Small, honest tools built for people who care about their files.
MyAITools is a collection of 20 free online tools for PDFs, images, text and generators. Most “free online tools” quietly upload your files to a server, hold them for a while, and often monetise your attention with aggressive ads. We built MyAITools because converting a document or resizing a photo shouldn't require handing it to a stranger.
Zero upload. MyAITools is a static website. There is no server-side code, no database and no file storage. Your browser does all the work with JavaScript, and every result is created in memory on your own device.
The tools
- PDF & documents — JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, PDF compressor, merge and split PDF, PDF to Word, Word to PDF.
- Images — image compressor, resizer and cropper, plus PNG / WebP / JPG format converters.
- Text & data — word counter, case converter, timestamp converter, JSON formatter.
- Generators — QR code generator and password generator.
How it works under the hood
- Reading files — when you pick files, the browser's File API gives the page a reference to each file. Nothing is transmitted.
- Processing — images are drawn onto an HTML canvas so they can be rotated, resized and re-encoded; documents are handled by open-source libraries such as jsPDF, PDF.js and pdf-lib (all self-hosted on this site, not loaded from a third party).
- Downloading — the result is offered as a download straight from memory using a temporary
blob:URL.
Open by design
Because everything runs client-side, you can inspect exactly what the page does with your browser's developer tools. There are no hidden network requests once a page has loaded — try switching to airplane mode and using the tools again.
